What happened to Macy's and quality?

First I ordered NY Yankee hoodie and received San Francisco Giants hoodie. Thinking I made a mistake, I tried again and ordered a NY Yankee hoodie and received a Chicago White Sox hoodie this time. Driving 21 miles to the nearest Macy's today to return the items and try and find a different gift. Some issues with their online ordering structure for baseball hoodies.

Wrong Item shipped twice

I did not choose the SF Giants, I chose the LA Dodgers so wrong item was shipped. Reordered and just got an email that it shipped. Same Issue, now I'm going to have to return this one too! Very disappointed!
