Use caution when shipping!

Insert studs were completely bent. Should be taken care of better by shipping department, I was able to bend them back but that can compromise their integrity. Also, they were a little larger than I expected not a bad thing just not my taste.

Packaging

I expected the packaging to be better at least labeled with the amount of karats the jewelry is made from it came in a little gift box which was good but presentation can be improved.
