Terrible shipping

The shipping experience is terrible. It was supposed to arrive 5 days ago and I am still waiting. The shipping times have changed multiple times but I don’t get informed, I only know because I manually tap the tracking button every day. And then I get this email to review the item when I still haven’t even received it. Please fix your communication processes. They are confusing

Hamsa pendant

To be honest, disappointed. This the second time I purchased this. The first one i bought from macy's, The loop that hangs from the pendant broke and I was unable to see where it dropped. I bought it again because i like the pendant, But i am going to have to go to my jeweler to get it strengthened on this new.

Looking for a Hamza that was a good size… Versus the small ones that they sell for us females. The men’s is a bit bigger… Which is exactly what I was looking for! Chain length is perfect because I could we are on the outside of a sweater. Very happy! I got the pure silver one as I already have a smaller size in gold.
