The one in the store said gold plated, but The chain was all silver. The clerk ordered want to be mailed to me and it is lovely. The chain was gold. Although it said men, I got it because I liked it a lot, and I’m wearing it, and I am female.

Terrible shipping

The shipping experience is terrible. It was supposed to arrive 5 days ago and I am still waiting. The shipping times have changed multiple times but I don’t get informed, I only know because I manually tap the tracking button every day. And then I get this email to review the item when I still haven’t even received it. Please fix your communication processes. They are confusing
