Waited 3 weeks - still haven’t received

I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive this item. The tracking information just says it is “moving through the system”. It is coming from Arizona and I live in California! It shouldn’t take this long. Terrible customer service. If I ever receive it, I will return it that day without even opening the package.
