Review for Macy’s “I purchased this jacket as a gift for my boyfriend, and it was exactly what I was looking for—stylish and the perfect weight for his location. Unfortunately, the lining in the left arm was a little tight, so I returned it to exchange for a new one. At the time of my return, I didn’t realize the jacket had gone on sale. A few days later, I received an email from the seller stating they no longer had the jacket in stock. However, when I visited a Macy’s store, I saw multiple jackets of the same style available. By then, it was too late to get my original jacket back. This was really disappointing, as I wanted to give it as a special birthday gift. I wish there had been better communication or an option to repurchase it at the sale price. While I appreciate Macy’s selection, this experience was frustrating and disheartening.

Scam seller. bad product. Stay away

I bought two jackets from this seller on February 21st, 2025, and till now they have never been delivered. Then today I found that the seller cancelled the purchase with no reason though the product is still available. The funny thing is that my friend bought similar jacket from the same seller and he is not happy at all about the product due to very cheap material. Be advised that they overprice these jackets in Macy's because they are bad material.
