Poor customer service

Received a damaged wallet, when I pointed it out and asked right away to exchange it, I was told to go do it myself. It was not a simple process either; I needed to look for the exact wallet and had to go through the entire refund process, which forced me to pay upfront rather than continue with the online Klarna payment that I had used when purchasing this ONLINE order.

Came without passcase!

Wallet is nice but it came without the passcase and this was a Christmas present for my dad!! I'm very upset! Looks like it could of been returned!!
