Light blue colonge

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought this cologne as a Christmas gift for my husband because it was advertised as two bottles. After purchasing the item I wrapped it without opening it. On Christmas day when my husband opened his gift, we discovered that one of the bottles were completely EMPTY. This situation was embarrassing and unacceptable. This experience reflects poorly on quality control and has left me and my husband very disappointed and dissatisfied. I expect a prompt resolution to thud matter, such as a replacement or a full refund.
