THIS IS RIDICULOUS & UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I WOULDN’T KNOW!!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY JERSEY!!!! This is the 4th time I have tried to order this product or one like it and NEVER RECEIVED IT NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATIONS THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE!!!! AFTER BEING NOTIFIED THAT IT HAD SHIPPED THE TRACKING KEPT SAYING THAT USPS WAS WAITING TI OBTAIN THE PRODUCT THEN AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING FOR DELIVERY I SEE A REFUNDED STATUS IN MY ACCOUNT!!! NO TEXT MESSAGES NO NOTIFICATIONS JUST A REFUNDED STAMPED IN MY PERSONAL MACYS ACCOUNT!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
