False Advertising

Delivery not true. Not sure about the actual product since I haven’t received it yet. After reading the reviews about the delivery on this sweater I paused before ordering it since I wasn’t sure it would arrive for Christmas. I ordered it anyways on December 16th. Macy’s says it will be here in 3-5 business days. Today is December 21st and I received a delivery update for December 31st. I went to another store bought something my husband would like. When I receive this sweater Im definitely returning it.

does not ship in 3 business days

THIS ITEM says ships within 3 business days. NOT TRUE! I'm disappointed and aggravated to say the least! Order was placed on 12-20-23 won't be delivered until 1-9-2024! Since when does it take 20 DAYS to send out a shipment using UPS?! THEY SHOULD'VE SENT IT 2nd DAY AIR AT THIS POINT! I called Macy's 4 times about this item. Each time I was told it's been shipped when all they did was create the label! Non-sense excuses. I even asked MACY'S to call the deer directly and inquire WHEN it would be shipped and I was told to give another 48 hours for the vendor to reply to the shipping inquiry. I will not order from LA POP AGAIN :( as of today, I STILL don't have the item!
