defective

this is the 3rd hat ive ordered thats been crooked from them and even i read the reviews i still gave it a chance, and i wish i wouldve not ordered because this is the third time in a row. Just go through new era or lids.

Very unsatisfied

I ordered two fitted hats from the macys app and they both arrived with the brim of the hats crooked. The hats were damaged pretty bad. It will be the last time I order hats from macys. I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel other buyers should beware. Thank you for reading this
