Shipping and claims are a joke.

Never received the item, now I’m asked to review the item? No wonder all the stores are closing, can’t even ship an item. I tried to have another item sent or to be refunded as there has been no movement on my tracking since the original “here’s your tracking information”. I have to wait for them to review my claim that will take an extra 11 days to have any resolution.
