Shoe Looks good but feels Like Cardboard

Really liked the looks and price of this shoe. Once I got them shipped to me, tried on and they feel like they were made very inexpensively and light. Inside feels like maybe they could have been made from cardboard. Hoping to be able to exchange or return this for a full refund. I still love the Rockport Brand and think they make some of the best shoes,, just not this pair,

Sizing issues

The shoes were returned as they did not fit. I usually purchase another Rockport shoe that I like but it was not in stock. It is difficult to understand why the same size shoe were so different between the two styles.

Discomfort

I thought these shoes would be similar to my other Rockports. After wearing them for a day, my feet hurt incredibly bad. Not the same as previous shoes.
