Damaged item

Whoever does the online orders needs to do a better job checking the items before packing. The hoodie they sent has a huge hole in the front that’s impossible to miss. Probably ripped when trying to take off the security tag. Don’t know how they could just send an item in that condition. Very disappointed in Macy’s.

I had problems with the quality, I threw lint and stained my red shirts

It has a good fit/form; but the fabric is of poor quality, it removes lint and I couldn't use it because it stains my clothes. The one I bought turned out with paint stains on the back
