Chain size incorrect

This Chain isn’t 24inch This is an 18 inch chain I have a 24 inch white gold chain and it dangles for this to be a 24inch it’s almost like a choker I believe that the wrong size was put in my box and I would like to have the 24inch that was advertised for order Please

junk chain

The chain is garbage, no use, it lost its color instantly. It also begins to eat very badly into the neck and begins to burn. and the worst thing is that they don't give you a refund for it. You give tests to Macys and they don't help you at all. I threw the chain in the trash because it is what it is

Diamond cut two tone men's chain & bracelet

After two days of wearing it started to peel.. HONESTLY I am completely disappointed with the purchase and am thinking about returning it!!! So what are my options???
