Casual Shoe, not an all weather hiker
First off, I love these boots. The look is classic, the feel is like a lightweight shoe, the style was exactly what I was looking for as well; a low heal on an all leather boot with a sole that could handle on or off road travel. Sadly, I was looking for a boot that could handle daily wear at work or on the trail. The sole has separated on both of my boots, and the stitching on the leather next to the ball of my foot is disintegrating. I have had these boots less than a year and I had hoped for more. I had the soles re-glued as the lugs were still in good shape, but the mid-sole is letting go of the tread again.

Looks good not a good boot
I love how the boots look. Initially were comfortable and lightweight..... currently on my third pair....not because I like them...because the soles keep separating from the boot in the toe....they initially feel comfortable until you wear them for a day.... if that...each previous pair didn't even last for 3 months before the sole separation issue. I have requested a different style boot twice now and the same defective boot is sent to my door....was so disappointed this last go around I didn't even open them up for a month....just did not expecting anything different... Looks good. .Will be uncomfortable and defective within a couple months

Soft Leather with Vibram sole
I purchased these boots about a year ago and wear them just about everyday as a work boot. I really appreciate the Vibram sole and how easy they were to break in. They seem fairly well waterproofed however, my feet have gotten damp when having to be in standing water for short periods of time. My only regret is that I went to purchase a replacement pair for myself and my work partner and they no longer make them with the Vibram Lug sole like the pair I currently have.

Quality issues
I've had 3 pairs. The first 2 were comfortable, but the soles started to pull away from the tops in well under a year. The third pair is uncomfortable. One boot is very tight and difficult to put on, the other boot digs into my ankle while wearing them. Not worth the trouble to replace these if they go bad too.

Super comfortable, not very durable at all
I love the way these boots look. I loved the way they fit right out of the box. But they did not last AT ALL. Here I am less than a year of moderate wear (urban, light hiking) down the road and the heel tread is coming off and the soft, inner foot tread is torn up and starting to deteriorate. Not worth the money - or at least not if you are going to use these for anything other than walking around shoes in urban, non-outsdoorsy evironments...

Love Em!
These boots are comfortable right out of the box. If you like your boots really tight, the ankles need to be broken in a little but, but that's common with all boots. The majority of these boots are waterproof (despite some claims). The problem is the tongue which is not water resistant at all. So if walking through tall, wet grass, expect the top of your feet to get wet. A deal breaker for some, but perfect for my needs.

If I wear them for even an hour my foot hurts for days
Bought earlier this year. Had to send back for being to large. Got a new pair loved them and wore them daily to work (office job). Kept going to doctor with foot pain and swelling on top of my foot as well as the ball. As the last person to review pointed out they are way to soft and have no support. Leather wore quickly but looked good. Finally bought a better pair of boots and started wearing my old ones again, pain went away along with swelling. I put these on again yesterday for 1 hour to work in yard. My foot begain to hurt and is still swollen the next day. Thought about getting stiff insoles but after today will toss most likely - consider it a life lesson. An expensive lesson. My old hiking boots from Merrell lasted for years but that experience has no bearing on the next. Quality is rarely consistent, lesson learned. Next time just buy red shoe laces.

Colors are completely misrepresented
I ordered these in the Granite color which online shows up as a grey throughout. The boot, the tongue, the laces all look like a light grey. What shows up is completely different. The tongue is a muted blue, the laces a muted blue, and the boot itself a weird mix of a dark brown/black. I ordered these through my pro deal which doesn't allow returns or exchanges but they were willing to let me reorder. I was told "each computer that we attempted to bring the color up on is a different shade of black". So I'm not sure what that looks like to anyone else but the light grey monotone boot I ordered does not look any different on any screen I used compared to what I received. I decided to look on amazon and even they have photos of the boot in the correct color that I received. Perhaps an actual update to the description or photo online would allow for an improvement.
