These have been my favorite shoe for years, and I have owned many pairs, but I can no longer find this style in retail stores. Since your online choices are so low, does this mean they are no longer being made? That would be so disappointing.

So comfortable and supportive

Finally got a hold of a pair of Encore Novas. For years, I have tried to purchase these a number of times, online and at brick & mortar retail stores. Each time, they didn't have my size or color. Previous years/decades I have purchase various versions of these. They are SO comfortable. I have problems with a lot of shoes, and need something that provides support (bunions, fallen arches, neuropathy feet, etc). Normally wear an 8.5 wide, however, with Merrells Encore Nova, the 8.5 M (medium) fits perfect. Because these are so supportive and I have hardwood floors, I purchase the Encore Nova as house slippers.

Comfy Everyday Footweat

Comfortable from the start

I've been wearing this style for years. The 3 pair I've had, 2 of which were the soft sided material and one is a swede style leather, lasted for many years. My last pair, the swede style, recently started coming apart at the sole on the front of the shoe. This Encore Nova 4 I recently purchased fit perfect from the first time I put it on and was comfortable to wear immediately. I purchased the brown and the black ones. They are my go to shoes during the fall and winter months. They are easy to slide into and out of and are a stable shoe for me to wear every day.
