Favorite Merrill Slides don’t show wear

My favorite Merrells, as the full grain leather does not show discoloration like the mesh versions when they get wet, just walking through the grass or unavoidable puddles in a rainy day. Wish they were on sale though.

The new Encore Nova 4 are as good as my old pair

My old, beloved Merrill Encore Novas have held up through every kind of conditions, and even though they are as solid as ever, the tread was getting smooth-ish, and they were finally not able to bounce back from polishing. I was pleased to see the 4's have the same supple leather, great tread and nice arch support. I couldn't be happier.

Perfectly fitting.

Yes, it's Encore because I want to wear it over and over again to every occasion but a formal dance. It's the best fitting shoe I have ever had, and I'm 90!.

Go to shoes

This is my fourth pair of these. They last several years as my daily, winter go to footwear. Comfy and sturdy, I can take a lengthy walk or a casual bike errand in them. Love them!

Tired of marketing review request

They are not well-made. The lining is cheap looking. Last pair lasted about three months before lining went down to base. It’s not the quality Merrill used to be.
