Packaging not protecting tables. Color is not what

This table is a nice table but I have had two sent to me now and each time there are scratches from loose screws inside box and now on the 2nd table that just arrived a part is dented that came through foam and packaging. So I am going to call the 1800 number once again for a return or a replacement. It is not an orangey teak color. it is a yellowish oak color. The center is a lazy susan that spins around that I really like. It is a mahogany color middle lazy suzan.
