Unfortunate

These shoes look really nice and I would love a pair, but I keep getting the wrong color. I ordered bone and got beige 2 times. Then I called and had a customer service rep help me and still got beige. The beige is plaid, so not even close the the same color.

Box labeled wrong twice.

I ordered this shoe in BONE and it came is a box that said it was Bone, but was not. I returned the shoe and reordered and the same thing happened. I then called Macy and a representative placed the order for me. I haven't received that pair yet. But, when I told the representative the problem, there was nothing she could do. It obvisouly is a problem with packaging the wrong color in a box but nothing can be done? I'll be very disappointed is this happens a third time, since I made someone at Macy's aware. I'd go into a Macy's, but I'm four hours away from any store.
