    Broken glass frame

    I love the item! I love everything about the Michael Aram black orchid collection. However, although the box was in perfect condition, The glass frame was cracked and broken. It should never have been sent in this manner from the manufacture. Now it is unusable and I have to deal with the issues of returning it and re-purchasing it if I want to risk it again. I wish Macy’s would just send me a new 5 x 7 glass frame.

    Yes-Michael Aram pieces are not cheap, but they make the best gifts for someone or for yourself! Beautiful, durable and doesn’t change color. You have an assortment of items to mix and match the pieces.
