The Butterfly Ginkgo Collection celebrates the representation of flora as fauna. Michael's fascination with a particular type of gingko tree, the Gingko Biloba, or "Butterfly Gingko", which grows with a double leaf reminiscent of a butterfly's wings, gave rise to a fantasia image of the plant. Executed at the highest level of handcraftsmanship, each piece is rendered in solid bronze with acid etched cocoon-shaped vessels. The pieces in the collection are a tour de force of Indian craft and capture the poetic spirit that is so deeply indicative of Michael's work.

Very large but Beautiful Bowl

Beautiful Bowl but I returned it for the medium size bowl because it was too large for my 8 seat dining table. The medium bowl is just perfect for my table.

nice center piece but big for our dining table!

Our dining table is 10' * 9' and this center piece is big and high for our table. We are returning this one and ordering the smaller size. Make sure you do your measurement before ordering!
