    SERIOUSLY

    I love this item and would love it more if it arrived in ONE piece. The packing of this item was HORRIBLE. There was no bubble wrap to protect it and this beautiful and expensive paper towel holder came to me in pieces. What happened to taking care and pride in what you do!!

    Pretty but not functional

    This is another piece I purchased for my new kitchen and it is very lovely. However, the spindle which holds the paper towels is extremely large and does not accommodate the standard paper towel sizes made in the US. In order to use, I have to unwrap the paper towels manually. Poor design.

    This is a beautiful piece and really stands out in the kitchen. Yes, paying this price for a paper towel holder is worth it....after all, you use it multiple times a day. It really looks great on the counter.

    It is pretty but not functional. Paper towel roll doesn't fit on the rod.
