Poor shipping

This is a beautiful cheeseboard with a good discount when I purchased. But Macy's really dropped the ball on shipping. The board was not placed in the supplied protective cloth bag. Rather the bag was balled up and placed under the unprotected board. As a result, the box cover did not fit squarely and the box was thus ripped . The knife was loose in the packaging. Sloppy work by Macy's.
