    Simply elegant

    The quality of the plates in great. The sale price was excellent. My guests remarked about how beautiful they are. One thing to think about: I don't put these in the dishwasher. I only wash them by hand. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone who doesn't want to wash them this way. They are made in Portugal which is refreshing since so much comes from China, a country from which I would rather not get things I serve with food.

    Beautiful bone china. I only have 13 place settings of my bone china from my wedding presents 25 years ago and needed to add more place settings. My china pattern is no longer being manufactured so I purchased 10 of these Michael Aram salad plates to add to my current china. It blends beautifully with most patterns.
