Beautiful, but workmanship is beyond poor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this menorah last year and while it looks beautiful, not two Hanukkahs in with very gentle use and careful storage, the plating has come off in three separate places. Very disappointing. I expected more from Michael Aram and Bloomingdale’s.

Loved the gift, hated the misdelivery.

Love the menorah; can’t say enough about my dissatisfaction with delivery. I was never asked where the gift should be delivered, so I assumed it would be delivered to recipient because it was on her registry. Instead, it came to me. It’s still sitting in my house about a month later as I haven’t seen her.
