Items never delivered

I did not receive them. I actually have a receipt, could not track the items, plus the transaction never showed up on my account. Talked to a manager at the Ross Park location and I was given a refund and given phone numbers of two locations that have them. Disappointed that they did not go the extra mile and made the call and fixed the problem but was left up to me to do.

Beautiful Molton Gold

I bought one place setting to see if the bumps would bother me as noted below and also to check out the craftsmanship and weight of each piece. The place setting is comfortable to hold with a good weight balance. The craftsmanship is exquisite! The contrast of the silver and gold will add the visual elegance to your special dinner. I will be making additional purchases to complete a full set, it may take a little while at this price point, but well worth it.

Luxurious

I have several sets of flatware and the Michael Aram Molten Gold place settings are my most recent addition. It is beautifully made as are all Michael Aram pieces. The flatware adds shimmer, gold/silver contrast and texture to my table scapes. It feels well-balanced and is comfortable to use. Adds a sophisticated touch to the table. Just lovely.
