Bring back customer service in the US

Will never shop with macys again. Ordered my son jacket a month ago and never received it and they won’t reship it or give me a refund because it it haven’t been enough time, still want me to wait to see if it will arrive smh. And to top it off, when you call customer service it’s a call center outside of the US and they don’t know what they’re doing and have no power to do anything for you
