I’m so upset that my package was lost then they ran out of the coats then I still don’t have my money back to my card. Worse experience ever especially when u think everything is ok going through a big company like Macys! Will never order or shop from Macys ever again

It’s a nice coat. I sized up because I wanted to be able layer with sweaters and such underneath. The coat itself is on the thinner side but the inner fur is cozy and my daughter loves it.

Macy has gone down hill
I brought this item online and I was looking for women’s coats and it was listed under Women’s coats. I wasn’t a women’s coat it was a child coat! I was mad because I had to go to the store to return the item! Then most orders you return they want you too go into you email account to find the order number! . Why don’t you put a receipt in the package you send out or use a phone number. It not our job the cashiers should be able to type in our phone number! You have 2 people in the sore returning stuff and if every one has to pull up and email that add another 5 minutes for the return! I am not happy with Macy!
