POOOOOOR CUSTOMER SVC

I received my handbag, and it was placed in a cardboard box w/o any protection bag or wrapping. The theft deterrent tag was on it. I called CS and was told I can return via UPS or stop into a Macy's store and have the tag removed. This item has sold out.

I pulled this thing out the bag and it was a whole different color. Not chocolate but a brown. Looks very different on the picture. I had to return it.
