What is happening Macys ?

I ordered this bag as a gift on cyber Monday, and it is December 17 and it has not arrived! According to the UPS tracking number the Item has not been shipped yet after more than two weeks. I call costumers service and they informed me that I will receive an email with the next steps for my claims. I was not given any explanation of why the delay during my call with costumer service. That is why I’m giving it one star.
