Probably would have been nice

Outstanding customer service

First package was delivered and unfortunately when I got home from work it was missing, not sure if it got delivered to wrong house or a porch pirate took it but the good thing was I contacted macys and let them know my package was not here so they instantly asked if I wanted a refund or a new shipment, I chose my shipment and I had a tracking number with in 2 days

Not what I expected

I love Michael Kors products. However, in this case, this product does not meet the high quality standards of previous products. The straps are too thin, and sewn on, rather than the sturdy rings, and overall it just looks like a cheap knockoff. If I hadn’t purchased it from Macy’s myself, I would definitely have thought it was fake.
