Not satisfied

Unfortunately, it was a gift and it wasn't the right size. I tried to cancel or change the order within 24 hours, and even though it arrived six days later, it wasn't possible. I'm sad because the person who received it doesn't have a car to get to Macy's. I won't order jackets again.
