Hood ruins the coat

This is my first MK coat that I don't love. The coat fits well and looks nice below the neck but the hood is oversized and awkward. Notice how there are no FRONT photos with the jacket completely zipped. The hood only looks decent when the coat is unzipped or zipped halfway which defeats the purpose of having a coat to keep you warm. If zipped up all the way, it makes it look like your head is sitting in a huge bowl. Not flattering. On top of making an ugly hood, they decided to make it undetachable. I'm almost shocked that someone approved this poor design.
