I was charged for gift wrap and never received

I was charged for gift wrap and never received it wrapped just with a little white piece of paper saying they didn’t charge me that the item was to big to be wrapped both which are incorrect because I’ve ordered big coats before they have came wrapped this was a smaller jacket the size of a sweater and they couldn’t take the time to wrap it but still did charge me
