Wrinkled Christmas gift

Shirt is lovely but the Redding store that shipped it crumpled it up into a tiny bag after we hadn’t bought it in store in SF because the clerk wouldn’t straighten up the disheveled one they had in store. The thing I used to love about Macys was the customer service! (So yes, buy the beautiful shirt but if it’s a Christmas gift you might need to take it to the cleaners to get all of the wrinkles out!)

Terrible experience

Since ordering this shirt I've received over a dozen marketing emails and a couple tracking updates. Now I'm being asked to write a review, and the shirt hasn't even arrived yet. The last update says it was supposed to arrive Friday. It's now Sunday. Shirt is non-existent. 1 star.
