Disappointed in product

I received this beautiful watch band as a Christmas gift. I got plenty of compliments and absolutely loved it until stones fell out, a total of 11! I called Michael Kors website on numerous occasions, only to leave a message and never a return call. So very disappointed in Michael Kors customer service!! I have a number of Michael Kors purses, but after the lack of customer service on the poor quality watch band I will never buy another Micheal Kor product!! Beautiful watch band, terrible customer service when the product fell apart!! Do NOT recommend purchasing this watch band!

Pin popped out in a week. Old one, links pop open

2nd one bought. Love it but doesn’t last long. Links constantly pop open. But I love it enough to deal with that

Don't try to return anything ever! & Don't call

I was on hold twice for over one hour trying to prevent delivery. I also sent an email to cancel this purchase. You guys suck and I will tell everyone NOT to use your site!
