Not Real Leather PVC

The photos show real smooth leather, but they sent me a PVC Faux leather belt. It's going back. Not sure if they sent the wrong item or the photos are wrong?

It is so hard to find a quality belt that fits so when I saw these in a size XS I bought two. Very satisfied.

Wrong Item Sent

I have read in other reviews on Macy’s that people get the wrong item or their item is damaged. I am now one of those. The wrong belt was sent and when I called, I was told I need to now return the item they sent in error. I’m very busy so having to now print a label to take to UPS or drive to a Macys is inconvenient. I mentioned that to the rep and asked if this could be communicated somehow and she just said sorry for the inconvenience. I figured I would have to write it here. This discourages me to buy from Macy’s online now.

Leather

I love this belt because it’s real leather, and real leather belts is so hard to find. You can find the non leather belts just about anywhere and you’re lucky if you find a real leather one at all.
