Was super excited to get my order, but never got my watch 😞 logistic company marked my package as delivered but I got it.

TOTALLY BAD SERVICE

I purchased a Michael Kors Watch from Macy’s on 05/26/26, and to date still did not receive it. Upon contacting them and told them I still haven’t received the watch and wanted it still, they said that they can reshipped it. Which is fine, but now I have to wait a whole while longer and they have me down as the watch was received. How’s that, unbelievable. What’s wrong with Macy’s now a days TOTALLY BAD SERVICE , After this purchase I am really going to think whether I wan to shop at Macy’s again.
