Extremely Upset

I viewed this many times. Finally purchased. Couldn't wait to receive. I will admit beautiful watch. Watch was sent defective. Returned it only to hear it was obvious it was defective when picked. The sales rep said she could see it had been returned before and stickers taped on. Terrible
