Disappointing

This bag arrived and was a disappointment. The "MK" dangles freely (not able to be removed) and can get in the way at times. Despite the fact that it's listed as a "medium shoulder bag" with a sleek design, it barely holds anything at all. For what I paid, I should have returned this.
