No care for shipped items

Bag was very nice, but came with barely no protection. Hanging out of a plain plastic bag. The button that locks to hold the strap in place was broken. Tried to exhange in store but they did not have the item. Ended up returning and buying a different one without any discount. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money

I am very disappointed in the quality of the bag. I was OK with it not being a leather product, but because it was a Michael Kors product I kind of expected a little bit more… . It was thrown in a cardboard box. With a plastic wrapper…
