Very disappointed

After wearing them a few times, the strap broke and I was left in the middle of New York City embarrassed walking around in one shoe. A shame because the sandals are very comfortable but the quality leaves a lot to be desired.

Strap broke!!!

I only wore them a couple of times and the the strap just snapped.

Very disappointed

For a name brand shoe it failed early. They need to evaluate the quality of whatever technique they're using to secure the straps…… the s sandal is beautiful and the comfort is great however the straps broke on me just as the others described. These shoes were not cheap…… I splurged because I thought Michael Kors was a reliable brand and worth it…… Sadly not so…..I have not worn the shoes very much……..I want my money back

Strap broke

I wore them 4 times and strap tore. MK is supposed to be a high quality brand.

Ankle strap came apart - new

I loved this shoe but the strap came off after a couple days of light wear.

Gorgeous shoe but narrow and uncomfortable

I purchased this sandal in the Olive color. Their beautiful in person and seemingly well made but a tad narrow and uncomfortable after two hours. I wouldn't purchase them again.
