Broken strap

After about 3/4 months strap broke…. No recourse! Money wasted

Im very disappointed. After carrying the bag a few times, stitching that holds the long strap broke.

Broken Hardware

Literally, one day out of the return, my strap totally broke. The hardware snapped. Now, can't use it at all as a shoulder bag, which is what I use for. I am so sad and disappointed.

This purse is beautiful and spacious . Looks much better in person. Has several pockets on the outside. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice but no dust cover.

Perfect size, great style. Only complaint is that it does not come with a dust cover for protection. Very disappointed about that.

where's the strap?

not happy that someone has removed the strap from this item. how do I get a strap without having to return the entire bag?

Nicer

The leather is on the stiff side. Can't wait till it breaks in a bit. Otherwise very "Kors" standard in quality.
