Terrible quality product

I had the exactly same one before and I loved it. This pair I received, looks like it’s a return product because I found something inside of the boots and The Quality of the Boots is terrible . I did not want to go to return because I did not want to waste my time and energy to deal with Macy’s employees . One of the Managers’ attitude is awful. I shopping at Macy’s less and less

Leather different quality than in the store.

I saw these in the store, and since they did not have my size I ordered them online. They are not the same quality as was in the store. The leather of the boots in the store was very very soft. The ones I received were very stiff. Also, the price online was final act price of $109, the boots I received has a final act price tag of $59.95 and they are still online at $109. They say no returns...but I am bringing them back.....

One of my worst purchases at Macy’s

These shoes are so uncomfortable. They hurt because the design is not great. Regret buying them regret paying $160 for them. I hate this purchase so much. Michael Kors is very disappointing with the design on the shoe. They hurt my ankle so bad. Very uncomfortable to walk in. They look great but so uncomfortable. This will be one of my last purchases from Macy’s. Among other things that happen when they shipped it to me. From now on, I’m going to the store and buy them. DSW has great shoes. I’m gonna start buying there.

Big dissatisfaction

It’s say leather. If it i????? It’s the poorest quality. It’s looks and feels like vinyl!!! I can’t believe Michael Kohrs would put is reputation and name in this garbage. Not even worth the sale price on any level. Returning the boots.

BE CAREFUL WITH SIZING

RETURNING - I liked these boots, and I have same brand and style boots in size 6 1/2 that fits perfect. These boots ended up way too small for me in 6 1/2, and I don’t understand why when past history the 6 1/2 fit fine. I actually think I need a 7 1/2 in this boots, which is unusual for me. So be cautious on size with this one!
