Unfortunately can't return these boots, final sale
These boots are narrow at the ankle level , so it does not matter that the calf is wide. Besides, the front leather is so hard you can barely bend your ankle. The back part is made of some thin fabric, not for winter weather at all.

False advertising
Not wide at all...it didn't open enough to fit my ankle, and I don't even have thick ankles or legs

Great buy!
I love these boots. They do run narrow at the bridge of the foot so I bought a 1/2 size bigger and they are a perfect fit.
I never received merchandise.
Please confirm with me if you re-sent the items. I bought 2 pairs of boots. They were not delivered to my door prior. I called to let cust serv know. I asked them not to resend the boots to many deliveries are left in a common area in my lobby

Delivered Too Late
While on holiday in US I saw these boots and loved them immediately. Ordered on 21/12/23 paid $10 for 2-3 day delivery, BUT left the US on the 30/12/23 and my boots had still not arrived. Was delivered 04/12/23 to my aunt's house. Never got to see my boots or try them on - even though I paid extra $10.
