Beautiful boots with a serious zipper problem !

Bought over the summer. Worn first time today. Very comfortable BUT ZIPPER SLIDES DOWN CONSTANTLY

These boots were made for walking

These boots are stylish and so comfortable! I bought a pair a couple years ago and wear them every day in the office in the fall - winter months. They look great with jeans, tights and dresses. This is my second pair.

Seriously, what's wrong with the zipper?

These boots are super cute and extremely comfortable. If it wasn't for the zipper I would say perfect... but they WILL NOT stay closed. Do not buy unless you like zipping your boots up 500 times a day.

I regret not reading the reviews I thought it was me but now I see it's common the zippers do not stay up they will fall right down after five minutes it's horrid a waste of money DO NOT PURCHASE

Love them, but whats wrong with the ZIPPER :( I got a second pair in exchange and I still have the same problem ! Such a great boot...

Zipper falls down

Cute style but zipper falls down while wearing. Would not buy again.

zippers are defective

Dear Macys , please stop selling these booties - zippers are defective - I wish to see the reviews earlier - I got these booties at 34 street yesterday - booties are super cute and comfy BUT zippers were opening up after 2-3 mins of walking --returning them today - waste of my time
