You've definitely got to be kidding me...

I took a chance and paid more for this particular item because of the name etc.; however, the quality is atrocious. I would never waste my money again.

Snaps why?

The overall coat is very cute but my only problem is on the sides/bottom of the coat there are snaps. If you bend down or anything like that they sometimes come open. If you like your coats a little snug this may not be the one for you. The snaps will pop open often then looks a bit sloppy. I bought my right size fits nice but if the sides had possibly a zipper instead I would give a 5 star. The snaps are there unnecessarily. Will be returning.

IN LOVE!

I live in Florida and I recently visited North Carolina With 23° weather and this jacket kept me beyond warm I can't express it enough I don't do reviews his hands down wonderful, It's very warm yet I wasn't ever hot when I was inside

Feels good but spotted quickly

I purchased the Dark Ruby Puffer coat. The coat itself feels really good on and warm. It's true when the reviewers said the sleeves are short, as I am 5'2" and the sleeves stop right at my wrist. Unfortunately, by the time I made it to work and looked at my coat, I saw dark spots on the coat and realized the spots were from where I had touched my coat. I had moisturized my hand with Vaseline on the way to work. The spots were noticeable probably because of the shine on the coat. I know that this is something I didn't want to see because I am going to continue to use Vaseline or may have some other substance on my hand and don't want everything I touch to show on my coat. Michael Kor needs to figure how to prevent this from happening with that type material. Otherwise, I definitely would have kept it but returned it today after 1 wear.

Love this coat! I bought a size XL but it was too big. I had to exchange it and the customer service was amazing.
