The Zipper!

It's very flattering on the figure it's true to size but no room for layering. The zipper gets stuck and now I have to have it replaced. I feel that the zipper could be made better due to the name brand and the price that I paid for this coat.

Super thin. If you want something for the winter this is not an option.

Zipper isn't user friendly

The length is way longer than advertised. But the biggest issue was the zipper. I shake regularly and the zipper was just not user friendly. It took me too long to get it figured out just to get it zipped up. Maybe make an easier glide zipper for compromised customers like myself.

just arrived only 60% down, the rest is 40% polyester, not warm Macy‘s should give the details.
