Very Nice!

I bought this purse as an interim purse until I could pick the one I wait to use on a daily basis. This is a really nice purse n has plenty of room in it. I wasn't sure.if I would.like the nylon purse but I love it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again or another one made of nylon. Great quality especially for the price!

Bag was ok

Bag is cute and the right size but missing a key feature. No inside zip pocket. I returned it because I need this pocket.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

L O V E the item!!! Customer service is the best too. Naamat is an amazing employee who tried very hard to honor my request. Apparently her access to the computer system did not permit her do so. At that point she called Kristin. Kristin, who apparently has a higher level of access, is a problem solver who goes the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. My transaction was an exchange for a gift I had received from my granddaughter who lives in Houston. Kristin went to far as to talk to her on the phone to make sure I received the proper credit for my new purchase. So grateful for the professionalism of these two outstanding employees!
