Poor quality

I am so disappointed in the quality of this purse. The strap is barely connected by a few threads. I have read other reviews about this same issue with the strap.

Poor quality

I’m really disappointed — Michael Kors has definitely gone downhill. 💔 My husband bought me this purse not long ago, and it’s already damaged. The quality just isn’t what it used to be, and it’s such a shame because I’ve always loved this brand.

Looks good

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because, unlike the black version that I have, it is very stiff which makes it difficult to get anything out of the interior or the outside pockets.
