I ordered a purse and it never came in when I called the representative that did not seem like she knew what she was talking about said they did not have any purses like that anymore I’ve been waiting for it it said it was going to be delivered on the 11th and it is now the 18th I had ordered on December 1st and needed it for my secret Santa gift and now I have no gift to give I’m am so upset
